How to deal with heartbreaks?

Love should be happy....

Although it may hurt you at times....
At the end of the day, love should give you happiness, not pain...

Im going to blog about how to deal with a breakup
Although this might not be the right time cause I myself haven't fully get over it too.
But as the feelings in me are still "fresh", it's probably a good time to share
hahaha complicated?
It simply means to blog before I forget about it :)

Lets start?

It was so painful for me that I even considered going to a psychologist.
The thing is I don't have the money and secondly if my mother know about it, she will get so worried and start nagging everyday~

So obviously I chose other methods!
1) Talk to your friends about it. Telling someone how you feel and everything is better than keeping it to yourself.

2) I googled how to deal with breakups (don't laugh) and I get really useful advice!

Do you feel...
- afraid of getting replaced by another girl
- sense of lost
- afraid to face the feelings in you

it's normal... cause I felt all that too :(

"A breakup brings uncertainty about the future. What will life be like without your partner?"

Here are some useful tips:

Don't fight your feelings
It's normal to have lots of ups and downs, conflicting emotions such as anger, sadness, fear and confusion. Identify and acknowledge them! While these emotions will often be painful, trying to suppress/ignore them will prolong the grieving process.

Talk about how you're feeling
It may be difficult to tell someone the feelings inside you, but this will make you feel less alone with your pain.

Remind yourself that you still have a future
When you commit to another person, you create many hopes and dreams. It's hard to let these go. However, be sure that new hopes and dreams will eventually replace your old ones.

WAIT! The best advice has yet to come...
Personally, I think this is most useful.

Don't force yourself to stop loving.
Who say you should stop loving someone after a breakup?
Nobody. Your choice.
Love is like a drug.
Imagine you taking a drug for months/years and making you stop immediately is IMPOSSIBLE.
So why some people can stop loving you all of a sudden?
'cause they found a better drug!
hahaha!
As the drug amount reduce day by day, you will be able to move on slowly.
So why force yourself?
Take it slow :)

I hope this is useful to all hurt souls out there :)
Remember you're not alone \(^^)/
